When do I use the ticketing system?
 
You should use the ticketing system to report ALL non-emergent situations that impacts your building or building services and requires support or knowledge by the GM or Board to resolve. If you have an interior plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issue that would be your own personal expense to fix, you should continue to contact to your preferred vendor of choice to resolve.
 
To help with the types of issues that should get submitted in the new JPV ticket system – the categories below are what you will see when submitting a ticket.

Snow Removal Issue

Landscaping Issue

Driveway/Parking Issue – DO NOT submit a ticket here for parking violations -you MUST contact JP Security (802)-323-6523

Trash Removal Issue

Interior Issue

Jay Peak Resort Issue

Website Issue

BBQ grills on decks
